Home \ About Us \ Principal’s Message:
Dear Families of Saints Peter and Paul School,
I am extremely excited to begin the school year as your new principal. I had the benefit of coming into the community this past Spring, working with Sister Michelle and getting to know the way the school runs. Community runs deep in this building, which is something I intend on treasuring and nurturing as we go forward.
The new school year brings the return of many familiar faces, as well as some new additions, to both our students and our faculty and staff. We welcome in these new members, as we remember fondly the contribution of those who have graduated and moved on.
I have been working within the Catholic Schools of New York for the past decade, having the great opportunity of working at two amazing schools in Washington Heights, first at Saint Rose of Lima, and more recently at Saint Elizabeth School. Within my years at these schools, I worked with and taught a variety of grades, beginning with Pre-Kindergarten, then later 4th grade, and eventually 5th through 8th grades. In my time working at these schools, I also had the great privilege of working with parents in both school activities and through the Home School Association. A fellow resident of the Bronx, I am excited to join a school community close to my heart.
My commitment to Catholic education is immeasurable. Having benefited from it throughout my life, I know the value of our schools, and how important it is for our faith to be foremost in education.
Please never hesitate to reach out to me with questions or concerns. I am always available for our families- always!
